Teapot Brewing Method

Every tea has its own brewing technique.

Follow the golden rule–

“Rinse to awaken, then brew to enjoy.”

This simple step unlocks the best flavor in every cup.

1.  Awakening Rinse (Tea Rinse)

Place tea leaves in the teapot.

 

Pour hot water over them,

swirl for one second, then pour it out.

Note: Do not drink this tea rinse

Post-Fermental Tea

Post-Fermented Tea offers mellow aged aroma, gentle character, and profound aftertaste. Fine Post-Fermented Tea improves with extended aging. Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a kind of Semi-Fermented Tea. Bright floral and fruity aroma, smooth and sweet finish, rich layers of flavor. White Tea
